When Jeep decided to offer Renegade crossover, it was clear that this would be the smallest model in the car’s range. So it remains. Specifically, the 2018 Jeep Renegade remains in the same position as its predecessor. However, this model does not lag behind the larger models from the Jeep lineup. At least not by their performance, quality and popularity.
The segment of small, urban crossover SUV models is in considerable expansion. This fact puts this model among the more demanding and popular models in the market. Regardless of the fact that Jeep is the original US brand, Renegade is a European-oriented model. It is designed in USA, manufactured in USA, but primarily intended for Europeans.
The 2018 Jeep Renegade shares the base with cheaper and more affordable (for the masses), the Fiat 500X model. Small in size, Jeep Renegade carries the burden of proven models from the Jeep family, such as Wrangler, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee and Compass. Regardless, it is one of the most affordable SUVs on the market. Also, the 2018 Renegade is the only compact crossover with a combination of manual transmission and four-wheel drive.
The 2018 Jeep Renegade does not bring anything revolutionary or new, compared to the 2017 model. Regardless of the time spent on the market, something was not expected. However, despite all this, this model offers a lot, in relation to its price, size and position in the lineup.
We have mentioned the time that Renegade finds the way to its customers. This attractive Jeep crossover is available from 2015. During this time, the company continually improves and improves. Specifically, through additional packages of equipment, special benefits and special editions, the Jeep Renegade is constantly ‘growing’ and determines its position on the international market.
In line with this trend, the 2018 Jeep Renegade brings new options. Specifically, the 2018 model will expand its offer with two new trims, Trailhawk and Sport. 2018 Renegade Trailhawk is a highly capable model with Jeep Active Drive Low, 20: 1 crawl ratio and Rock mode. Unlike Jeep Wrangler, the new Jeep Renegade is more stylish and flair. Renegade offers more comfort and practicality.
